Dutch Water Board

HHSKOne of the Dutch Water Boards needs to be more in touch with inhabitants, to stimulate these inhabitants to be cooperative during impactful water and road construction projects in their living area. Water Boards are technically orientated and can use some help in becoming more outward directed and ‘client driven’. In close corporation with advertising agency THEY, we realised an engagement program that invited employees to take a step outside and get in touch with inhabitants. Employers collected valuable insights that help to improve the quality of its services.
